With a background in healthcare sales and a passion for helping others, Summer leads with heart, strategy, and unmatched service. She’s a luxury-certified, top-producing agent known for staying calm under pressure, thinking ten steps ahead, and making real estate feel easy.

From first-time buyers to multi-million-dollar listings, Summer brings a white-glove approach to every transaction—handling the details so her clients can focus on the big picture. She lives in Ball Ground with her husband, three kids, and a pack of sweet pups, and she’s always up for cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs or hosting a killer client appreciation event.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Jodi is the creative, organized, and detail-obsessed force behind the scenes at SB Realty. As Operations Manager, she keeps the entire team (and every transaction) running smoothly. From scheduling and communication to managing listings and client follow-ups—Jodi makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

With a passion for marketing, design, and client experience, she also leads our branding, listing presentations, social media, and all the beautiful marketing materials you see. She brings heart, hustle, and high standards to every project—and her love for systems means our clients always feel taken care of.
